@Ofstednews @smithsmm We survived our inspection this week! First one in our LA. The deep dive methodology does ask a lot from subject leaders but if they know their subject and can articulate the strengthens and what they will be doing to improve it then they’ll be fine!

@smithsmm Deep dives look at thinking/planning on curriculum and how it's implemented. We don’t expect teachers to take steps to prepare for inspection. We will speak to pupils/teachers/look at workbooks & visit lessons but this is work that's already in hand in every school.
