@jordanteague of course, enforcement may not mean much if defendant is anon, but if identity is later established, post-judgment interest would still have accrued. so alternative service (if not default judgment) still worth pursuing while you search for ID to avoid limitation period for claim
@jordanteague with a default judgment, you can apply for a writ permitting an enforcement office to seize and sell certain personal possessions (if address is known), or serve as an encumbrance on the sale or purchase of property. bank account and wage garnishment may also be possible.
@NelsonMRosario@jordanteague this falls under alternatives to personal service that could be approved by the court via motion. in that record, you'd ask court to grant service effective after period of days, just as when they approve mail as an alternative. A Toronto lawyer recently did it with Instagram.
a fascinating and, I assume, first-of-its-kind court order authorizing service of process to a John Doe defendant's Ethereum address via "Service Token" containing a hyperlink to the Order.
Tracked link. Service presumably deemed to occur if/when clicked

@terra_money@staderlabs I know many have raised this, but adding my voice to the choir: Please look into renumerating those who were holding LunaX on @staderlabs but weren't provided the airdrop.
@CryptoHarry_@terra_money $LUNAX from @staderlabs is missing, despite this post stating that they were ensuring it would be included.

Also, I suspect $bLUNA was missing from the snapshot as well. Either plain vanilla bLUNA in a wallet, or bLUNA in a TerraSwap LP pool.
@LFG_org@stablekwon@terra_money Is there any update (or ETA on one) re: the Luna 2 airdrop that LunaX pre-crash holders were told they'd receive but haven't yet? @staderlabs has stated they've reached out a number of days ago, but that it's essentially in your hands. Thanks!
@Andrei50690726@staderlabs@terra_money yeah, have ANY stader users got their airdrop? if so, do we know why? what information is known at this point? what's the timeline for this update? did stader lose terra's number? If they cannot retroactively airdrop (as @prism_protocol suggests), what strategy will be followed?
