@Hermesparcels I now have 4 different parcels for Christmas presents ordered between 5th-11th December and not delivered! All just sat at your Southampton hub. Can someone chase these up please?!

@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Do case escalations mean absolutely nothing?! Sky escalated my case on Friday! I have called every day since and now been told it’s been escalated again and to wait 48hours! 3 weeks without internet this is unacceptable!!!
@OpenreachHelp I’ve just spoken to Sky, they said that openreach can’t/won’t give a timescale, but to wait until tomorrow for my 4th update! And you have no phone line for me to call to try and speak to someone. Im so frustrated, I’d just like a clear answer!
Appalling service from @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp 3 weeks now without any broadband and still no date for when it will be fixed! Will you be paying my bills for my lost wages for the last 3 weeks?!?
@WayfairUK@parcelforce how do I find out where my delivery is with GLS? My tracking isn’t working, shows attempted delivery Friday but no note and no details on where it’s gone!
@Hermesparcels @ASOS_HeretoHelp saying my order was delivered to me on Monday but I wasn’t even home! have emailed Hermes to find out whats going on but no reply.
