We had a terrible experience where they sent a person car for 12 of us in Portugal.

Complained on the 11th April and still have had no reply.

I'm happy to lose my money with eurostar as they are not willing to re-arrange my journey without extortionate fees then I'd rather travel another way 🤬

Ridiculous that I receive an email from @Eurostar telling me I can receive an eVoucher for my booking but because I travel after 7th September I can't. The event in disney has been cancelled, I want to rebook eurostar for early 2021but will have to pay a fee😡 @MartinSLewis
