@curryspcworld Ordered a Quest 2 23rd November, marked as dispatched but Royal Mail have not received it from you. Spoke to support and Item is considered lost but you can't send me a new item or refund me for 5 days until you work out why it hasn't left the warehouse! Not happy!

@jor_garcia @curryspcworld I'm in a similar position to you - I think they're selling 'products' they have no stock for and items get marked for dispatch that don't exist. I apparently need to wait 14 days for a resolution of a 'lost item'. Will be calling them quoting consumer rights act to resolve this.
