@evmanuk What location was this? We'll look at the logs to see if there's anything wrong with the charger. This error screen mostly occurs if debit/credit cards are scanned on the RFID reader under the screen & not the card terminal. But if you were also having issues with RFID that's odd

I think both things can be true, you can offer a good deal to customers while you're growing which is great, and the accounts posting on your behalf can be misleading people that you're selling energy at cost which is not so great.

It's your commercial choice if you want to subsidise your sale price, but it's confusing and misleading to consumers to suggest you're getting the power for cheaper.

@TheEvEngineer @mozzaev Thanks, I can get the info from the EVSE ID shared which relates to each individual plug connector. All looks fine, perhaps just a little cold for the car to ask for more kW this morning. Will keep an eye on it though!

@electricfelix Very easy! It takes a couple of minutes, and there's a traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing at the end of the path by the chargers.

There's also a Costa within the retail park for those that may prefer other brands 😀
