@renault_uk I've done this. They said it has to go in to local dealer. Local dealer are saying £140 for them to update it as a diagnostic fault because your software stops at iPhone 14! It's not like the 15 has just been released.

I'm absolutely furious. @Joie_Baby have confirmed the seat isn't safe to be used after your incompetent delivery driver saw fit to throw it over a 6ft high gate. Online chat absolutely no help at all I request an immediate replacement.
