@BBCBreakfast I'm a barristers clerk The issue in the courts is not jury trials The issues are there are not enough judges or counsel to hear trials There are only so many barristers available to trials! Ive lost count the amount of cases Ive had to have vacated due to no counsel

@CrimeGirI As a clerk this drives me mad! I had a case a few weeks back which wasn't even showing for trial on the 1st day on the common platform but did show the 2nd! That was fun to try and explain! @CrimeGirI
