@easyJetholidays can someone who knows what they are doing and preferably management now get in touch with us! I am fed up of waiting for issues to be resolved which have come from your sales advisors!! Beyond frustrated now!
Never again will I book a holiday with @easyJetholidays customer service is shocking and nobody has a clue what they are doing!! Better be sorted for our holiday in 10 days time!!
@carpenterslaw absolutely no communication skills at all! You only communicate right at the beginning of a claim to get customers then you leave us hanging out dry for over 1 year! Atrocious customer service skills!! Everyone should avoid Carpenters Solocitors!!
@Topps absolutely ridiculous customer service! Nearly 2 weeks since I emailed about my order & still no response! Nobody works on the telephones either due to covid! Come on sort it out!!
