@The_Shumater@SarahHuckabee Actually, ALL states EXCEPT for Arkansas have enacted extended postpartum coverage of some sort. Utah passed legislation in 2023, though my understanding is state is covering it until CMS waiver approved. https://t.co/TO7Sit3YoL
@WasatchSnow If you’re a mountain biker, NW Arkansas is the place to go. Plus the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville is outstanding.
We dream big: How our Strategic Initiative Grants may help propel the oral health of Arkansans from the bottom to the top. Our #oped in today's @ArkansasOnline https://t.co/OL9heaqgRH

The Oral Health Program at Utah DHHS has an Oral Health Access and Outreach Specialist position through the AmeriCorps VISTA program. We are currently looking for qualified candidates, and I invite you to share this with your networks. https://t.co/bca48amLq2
@Kat_E907 @waywardbre @jfitzgeraldMD And isn’t it a challenge to “have a baby” with PCOS? So spend thousands and thousands in fertility treatments to “maybe” have symptom resolution? (I reread your tweet and see you answered this, but anyhoo….)
@carly_victoria @waywardbre @jfitzgeraldMD In my case I was a solo owner/practitioner of a small dental practice with a small office, private health ins policy, student loans, $2500 deductible, $600/mo prem (pre Obama-care), and no maternity coverage. Bed rest or NICU baby would have ruined me (not elig for public asst)
@LoriCopeland9 @waywardbre @carly_victoria @jfitzgeraldMD I was lucky and had enough bc stashed back each time I needed a new doc. Argued with one nurse about (me) not wanting a doc to phone me a new rx w/o seeing me when my ins stopped paying for current rx. I also couldn’t get pregnant bc I had no maternity coverage
@carly_victoria @LoriCopeland9 @waywardbre @jfitzgeraldMD I went to Dr. Sinervo, too! He was the first doc to ever tell me about adenomyosis being a possibility at all! He did a presacral neurectomy…I did have some improvement for a short time but 4 years later I abandoned ship. Think his surgery actually helped get hyst approved.
@martinezec76 @waywardbre @jfitzgeraldMD So much of it can be microscopic and not seen but that doesn’t mean it isn’t there! And my doctor only told me “stage III endo” following my surgery. When I read the pathology report myself I found the adenomyosis dx, which I believe was my largest issue.
