@cultbeauty customer service is shocking. Parcel been incorrectly delivered by Evri and have confirmation of this from them. Advised to ask cult beauty to start a claim for compensation and in app chat passing from pillar to post. No response, refund or product in 2 weeks!

@ArgosHelpers absolutely disgraceful service. Almost 1 month after cancelling an order no refund. No one responds to messages on here and live chat is a joke!! Trading standards will be contacted if I don’t get my refund as promised 3 weeks ago!!
@ArgosHelpers Are you actually going to reply though? I’ve sent several dms with no response. Just spent 2hrs trying to get through on chat to talk to someone(name can be provided) who promptly hung up on me. I’m livid! I’m a healthcare worker who doesn’t have time to spend on this!!!
