To add insult to injury @Sears customer service sent me to a voicemail which doesn't work and hung up on me!

And when i called yesterday @Sears said they would call back and didn't and today the supervisor is too busy to speak with me

@Sears serviced my garage last year and neglected to properly fix the issue which caused the garage door to fall and narrowly miss my 2 year old
