@EE@EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!
@EE upgraded my phone online on Saturday. No idea of when the phone is coming but my direct debit has been updated to reflect newer and more expensive monthly amount. When is my new phone coming though!?! 😵💫😵💫😵💫
@EE Spoke with someone this morning who has said this is classed as lost in transit. He was meant to raise a new order but nothing has changed or been confirmed 😵💫
