@RileeDHarrison I love when the response is that the evidence is prejudicial. Like, uh, yeah I intend to introduce lots of things that are prejudicial to the other side.
The idea that every new lawyer has to take the bar exam just because "we've always done it that way" is absurd. How well a person did on a test one time is an unreliable indicator of professional competence.
Time to reduce the barriers. Fresh voices make us better.
