Falkner HS Asst. baseball & football coach. Former NEMCC & Delta State baseball. Married to the wife that’s a CPA grad from MSU and love my two kids #HailState
I’ve always heard or read when he either told his teammates to leave the field or just sit down in the field when he pitched to a hitter. Now, that’s confidence on the mound. Would’ve loved to seen him pitch!
I’m tired of replays when a runner is going from 1st base on a ground ball and trying to break up a double play!!!! Especially, when he’s sliding straight to the sack. I was taught to cleat him in my day! PLAY FREAKING BASEBALL @SEC
@ChasingKensho@fullerdustin 🤣🤣Not that dang much....The highest card I’ve ever paid for was $300. It was a Ty Cobb card. We didn’t have kids then. The Cobb card is around $1200 now.
I’m fixing to pull the trigger on this James Thomas "Cool Papa" Bell. I want this card! Born in Starkville, MS. Helluva a baseball player...Y’all check out my pinned tweet and he needs a home! He’s fixing to find one. I love our former players born in Mississippi.
Probably because they didn’t want seams planted in their forehead or knocked out teeth. I teach our guys to throw through the runner and not around them. If they don’t get down the first time, they will the next time.
This picture gets to me every time I see it. Memorial Day isn’t about cooking out and having a party, going out on the lake in your boat, or anything else.....It’s about honoring the falling heroes that died fighting for our freedom. Y’all remember that. Thanks to all who served
A very different game in today’s world....I guess I’m still really old school but I loved it. I wish you could still run over catchers like Pete Rose did....That’s true baseball!!!
