Today CAL FIRE, San Mateo County Fire and @LaHondaFD got a critical patient out of San Gregorio and that patient was air lifted to the hospital via @StanLifeFlight.

Today CAL FIRE, San Mateo County 🔥 Engine 58 (Skylonda) @KingsMtnFire @SMCSheriff & @StanLifeFlight responded to a serious medical call in the Kings Mountain area. Paramedics were able to stabilize patient before getting the patient on the air ambulance.

A man suffered a medical emergency while deep in Portola State Park in @sanmateoco.
@LaHondaFD used Rescue 57 to reach him & get him to CAL FIRE, San Mateo County Engine 58 & @AMR_Social M53. Paramedics stabilized him, he was air lifted by @StanLifeFlight. @SMCSheriff responded.
