@FeelingUsed @DearS_o_n You’re so right! Four years ago I was 30 lbs overweight. My diet plan was to continue exercising but to cut every meal in half. Literally cut in half with a knife and throw excess in the trash. I lost all 30 lbs in four months. Haven’t put it back on since 2021.
