The Dakota Access Pipeline now crosses under the Missouri River, our battle is far from over.
The Army Corps of Engineers will host two DAPL public hearings on Nov. 1 and 2, at the Radisson Hotel in Bismarck, N.D. from 6-9 p.m. CST.

This new draft EIS outlines five alternatives, one alternative will not only let the pipeline proceed, but it will authorize the doubling in the flow of oil – from 570,000 barrels per day (bpd) to 1.1 mil bpd.
