I tried boxing, now BJJ, but i still train with weights, i feel like theyre essential for your general well being

@BerbarianWizard I agree.I started training severly underweight,and i found incredibly hard to load up the weight at first because i felt like i missed the real foundation to push,my only luck was having a genetically inherited small waist so my v taper came out fast,even with little muscle.
@BatmanHealthist It very much comes down to genetic structure.
I had a v taper after just training for 6 months while some of my friends just have a bigger waist.
