The independent judiciary has ruled against his illegal imposition of tariffs. What happens now, how will the tariffs be repaid, will TACO be impeached for abuse of power

It looks like the US Court of Appeal has found that TACO has been acting ultra vires with his tariffs ruling under his sham emergency powers act. The US constitution states that the President on his own cannot tax the people. The House of Representatives only can raise revenue.
