🚨 Election Fraud Arrests Begin

This morning we arrested and federally charged a Honduran national for unlawfully registering to vote in California and falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen.

Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores, 30, of Winnetka, is charged with two felonies and faces deportation if convicted.

Because states like California allow non-citizens to easily register to vote and receive a ballot by mail, there is no telling how many non-citizens are currently registered.

It is time for California to comply with @AAGDhillon’s request for a comprehensive audit of its voter rolls to protect the integrity of our elections.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Ilhan Omar can’t be denaturalized because of her brother because she was already a citizen. The punishment for such fraud is not denaturalization for the person who is already a citizen.

The best argument for Omar’s denaturalization is that she was never properly naturalized: she had already reached the age of majority and thus was not automatically naturalized when her father was naturalized.

Omar notably did not obtain her own citizenship; she automatically obtained it m that she obtained it when her father obtained his, which is only proper if you are a minor.

Omar conspicuously changed her birth date from 1981 to 1982. I hope the Trump DOJ gets to the bottom of this.

The DhS/CBP team dialed enforcement back and is presenting numbers the same way Obama did.

I have been busy with dozens of other time-sensitive matters, but I wanted to comment on this.

Our federal (and most state) employment laws mandate a level playing field for American workers vis-à-vis foreigners — yet many American tech (and other) companies prefer to hire cheaper/exploitable foreign workers to do routine jobs Americans could do, and they do this by failing to post jobs on their normal hiring channels (PERM violations), letting foreign-born hiring managers pipeline cheap foreign labor from body-shop mills over American workers (H1-B abuses), lie about their eligibility for no-cap H1-B hiring, abuse other visa categories such as J-1 visas (we see you, universities!), abuse OPT hiring to get cheap, exploitable foreign labor, and sometimes — getting super arrogant, gaslight laid-off and sidelined Americans while doing any of the above.

These are not good business practices; they are not patriotic economic practices; and they are illegal labor practices. This administration will not allow American employers to discriminate against American workers. It is illegal, wrong, and bad for our economy. I am sure my colleagues at @USEEOC and @USDOL agree. We are all on the case, and working together to level the playing field for US workers.
