@DacorKitchen To whom this may concern, I bought a Dacor Wall oven which is overheating. Danger to my children so I need to shut down at breaker. I have phoned service and have had a parts replaced weekly with no fix. It’s been 6 weeks, my family cancelled all Christmas gathering

@AirCanada I can’t believe it’s been over a week and no support from Air Canada. Absolutely stranded with no help on travel issues. This has been a nightmare. Makes you feel like your on your own and at your own risk when travelling AC.

@RMB @AirCanada Same issue here. Air Canada put us on hold with Mother in Law mid transit with no options other then to go back home. She never made it to see her grandchildren

@AirCanada I had relative travel yesterday only to be denied at second point of entry. No help, no options, no one to call. Being stranded in an airport with nowhere to go and no support. The worst travel experience ever. My grandchildren are without there grandmother. No help.
