Am I the only one that thinks it's really sad that @fordnation admits he's spoken to cottage owners personally on the phone and understands their concerns, yet he couldn't be bothered to talk to any autism parents about their hardships? Even when they were all on the steps of QP!
Honest question: If an essential worker was positive on a rapid antigen test after 5 days, would members of the Ontario government still want that person at their dinner table?
If not, why would we allow them in a school or workplace?
They could have waited for the current Hunger Games (boosters, rapid tests, kids vaccines) to be over before starting a whole new sequel with lineups of sick children and frail elders in every ER.
Keeping gatherings small over Christmas bought us precious time we are now wasting
So "take home PCR" tests for Education staff *if* available. I'll save you the suspense. I've never heard of one at my board before & I sit on CJHSC. Same layers of protection as the school nurses & cohorts. LMK if you have them where you are.
