The amount I sent to a company was only £589 yet they insist on invoices, reasons etc. I am a personal customer not a business

It's now been a month since I flagged this and the vehicle is still there parked on double yellow lines for months. The Road Tax expired years ago. Why is it taking so long to remove an illegally parked vehicle?

I have reported these abandoned vehicles at Highbury gardens using the Love My Streets app but my reports keep getting closed with no action. They have been parked there for months gathering tickets.
Can someone explain please?
