@ANAinspiration says to contact @vayama to cancel my flight and @vayama sends a general email telling me to contact @ANAinspiration... so who am I suppose to contact to cancel my flights and get my ticket refund?

@Nihcus @aboykis1 @imjusstfine @vayama Thanks! When I called @ANAinspiration they said I had to go through vayama and that even if they cancelled the flight for me I would still need to contact @vayama who seems to be unresponsive in all areas to get my refund

@vayama is not responding to any request through any methods(Twitter, Facebook, emails). Their call center is closed. Any suggestions @TravixIntl since you are their parent company?

@vayama Is your telephone system down today? I Sent 2 emails the past week and was on hold for 3 hours yesterday (each time the system would hang up automatically after 1 hour). I also tried calling ten times today and the system keeps saying your customer service is closed?
