@mariocircuit_ Arab here, I get what points people try to make against this. But to me this just looks like them representing fictional desert fantasy rather than Arab/Indian culture or Islam. Even then, belly dancers do exist in the former two and Bollywood movies also depict light dressing.

@mariotwtconfess I don't think so at all, end of the day, they needed gender diversity in the playable rosters of games. They were also made playable so that young girls have female characters to play as, at least that was their purpose in the beginning

@maDEMOman @mariotwtconfess I mean, even then- They can still be creative with her moveset, I've seen fan moveset concepts of Pauline which involves singing, hats, Odyssey, Bananza and Mario vs. DK elements. And by that logic a creative moveset is also in Waluigi's favor.

@mariotwtconfess Neither am I specifying the entire Pauline fanbase to be the ones envious at us at that scenario. Tbh I don't know why we even need to rival about who gets in Smash first while Pauline can easily represent DK and Waluigi can represent Super Mario.

Sakurai has this trait of rightfully blocking people sending him stuff that personally offends him. And those two posts were just one of those offensive posts to him rather than something about Waluigi.
