I paid ₹1200, no one is sharing the details of the refund. @JioCare is unresponsive as the account has been closed. Ticket tracking is useless.

Worst customer service from #JioFiber Raised relocation request and slot has passed, no update from the team. Called customer service 6 times, there is nothing they can do. The app is even worse as tracking for the request is not available. #Airtel and #ACT are better I think.
