So, No matter the outcome of these lawsuits, in the big picture, MHJ loses either way‼️
□If she wins the put option, HYBE can go after her and her new company in court to enforce the non-compete clause — which could suspend her and her new group’s activities and even lead to blacklisting from TV shows and KOMCA.
□If she loses, well… the court formally recognizes her wrongdoing and she loses $17M plus legal costs.

That’s why all the media play, the press conferences, using NewJeans’ name and public opinion to pressure HYBE to drop the lawsuits.

It’s unbelievable that she stood on that stage and tried to frame the deal as “an opportunity for HYBE” to prove they protect art and blah blah.
