Would you complain they left no room😅😅🙌
Lewis Hamilton wants written rules of engagement because Charles Leclerc raced him like an actual teammate instead of a courtesy car.
Let’s be serious.
You dive down the inside at Monza Turn 1. You run it side by side. Then you scream that he pushed you off when he doesn’t gift you the exit. That’s not a scandal. That’s racing. The same racing Hamilton has spent 20 years delivering to everyone else.
If you can’t live with your teammate leaving you no space, how exactly are you beating Verstappen? Max doesn’t send a memo first. He doesn’t check the team radio etiquette handbook. He just takes the corner. Hamilton has spent years calling that dangerous when it happens to him and hard but fair when he does it.
This is the part people skip: Lewis has never been a passenger. He squeezed Rosberg. He squeezed everyone at Mercedes when it mattered. Now the second the red car next to him refuses to play second fiddle, it’s we need rules and at Mercedes this wouldn’t happen.
That’s not leadership. That’s selective memory.
Ferrari didn’t sign a seven time champion so Leclerc could lift and coast. They signed two killers. If one of them folds the second the other one defends, the problem isn’t the teammate. It’s the expectation that the other garage should politely disappear.
You want to beat Kimi,Lando,Russell? Start by surviving Leclerc without a press conference.
