Bagholders making fun of traders is ironic because if a trader gets it wrong, he'll lose a tiny % of his money. If a bagholder gets it wrong, he adds a ticker to his bio and starts joining community calls

Bitcoin Price Report💯
Are we bullish or will the recession send us back to our grandma's house ang beg her for milk and bread?
Let us analyse.
ON-CHAIN SCRUTINY
Crypto volatility continues to remain low.
BTC trade volumes on Binance are down 48% in Sept, the second-largest monthly decline since April.
Both drops coincided with the removal of zero fees for the largest BTC trading pairs. This also goes to show how the current market is a PvP market and there is no new money coming in on Bitcoin at least.
However, I've always noticed a pattern of how extremely low liquidity scenarios allow for lead to high volatility events which then lead to a strong comeback of volatility.
Binance Taker Buy Sell Ratio Surging.
Seeing some déjà vu here. The Binance Taker Buy Sell Ratio's movement is giving me January vibes. After the initial shock, we're seeing a steady rise in the Taker Buy ratio. Those yellow box sparks? They're back.
While the current phase is stretching out a bit longer and prices are in a holding pattern, the upward trend in the Taker Buy ratio is clear.
We've got those occasional sparks and some solid moves this week. This abnormal push taker buy volumes is mostly seen as a rise in retail apeing across a wide variety of coins.
If you've paid attention, you've seen some lower caps pump hard as BTC moves slightly higher over this week despite SPX bleeding like there's no tomorrow. Also important to note that we'll likely close a green September now which is very rare and has always resulted in Uptober.
Now talking about macro liquidity context. TradFi liquidity has made a comeback and I believe we see a resurgence in crypto as well, with the Ether futures ETF being one of the main narratives.
Reserve Balances are another measure of liquidity. This has increased since the beginning of the year and will continue to do so IMO. This is still far off from 2021 highs but has retested 2020 liquidity boom levels of support.
Moreover, this has increased prior to stock market booms and close to Fed pauses since 1985.
I always look at energy fair value and cost of production. Energy fair value takes in metrics like lost Bitcoin, and consumption for various purposes while production cost is the average costs that miner incur to mine Bitcoin.
Post ETF valuations are something worth speculating over. If you think about metrics that would be attractive to tradFi investors, these would be one of them. Reasoning, what did Blackrock use as a proxy for Bitcoin investment until ETF approval? Mining stocks and energy companies that work with mining companies.
Volatility metrics that we discussed above anticipate volatility kicking in earlier than most expect (late 2023). This aligns with Bloomberg estimates for the launch of the ETF which could be the most positive catalyst for crypto since Tesla invested in Bitcoin.
*NOTE: Some fair value estimates are around $34.5k for Bitcoin which is again much higher from current prices.
Current Market Situation:
We reached our daily level from yesterday's price analysis. We are above Wednesday High and Monday High and holding strong.
$26855 is our LTF support, if we hold through here, I would expect some continuation upwards. This is the level where spot selling stopped price from going up today and then later this was turned to support when spot showed some strength causing a decent number of short liquidations.
Like it has been for 1 week now, bias remains up, levels marked, no new positions up here as we are already long from yesterday and from much lower.
HTF outlook: Does not look as bad as CT would have you believe.
Ethereum is at a crucial point where it's testing the close of the August 17th candle. It is up 10% from recent lows and yesterday it had a bullish candle that retraced more than 1 week of bearish price action
If at all we get 18-22K, I will bet my networth on it again and hold for 3 years. Thanks for reading.
