Please fix ur game I bought this claws of awaji dlc for assassin's creed shadows after I beat the game and the dlc isn't working I was on a case with you for hours with no results I can't get a refund on steam now they won't let me Case:24578868

@UbisoftSupport I've also allowed through firewall steam,Ubisoft connect and the game,restarted pc I even uninstalled the whole game and reinstalled it I've done everything

@UbisoftSupport What no one said anything to me and I only have one ubisoft account that Ive been using for 8 years and if I I buy the game on steam regardless it should be on the Ubisoft connect that's what's not making sense

@UbisoftSupport Please do I just don't know what to do now I don't think it's showing up in Ubisoft connect and whenever I try to relink my steam to Ubisoft it's not permanently linking and I'm so confused I open the game on steam log in lto Ubisoft when it shows up and it opens
