@Chime Makes @Chime to violate ETFA CFPB & State law, denying disputes, stealing a disabled homeless man's money, that could save his life, using overseas agents with no contact info for U.S. offices, and automated emails. ETFA compliant in 14 hours? Hours of talk is 2 choppy lines?
@ChimeHelps Your 14 days started on June 4, 2023. I was wrong, I initiated it the forst time in April. A 2nd dispute was opened over the first, and denied in hours. My records with Chime, nor Stride are the same, and I have retained any and all documents and communications.
@ChimeHelps It was opened this time at around 2:00 in the morning on the June 11th. Your records indicate June 23rd. Emails from your company indicate it was opened and fought the entire time. Regulation E states the oral initiation on June 4, 2023 had to be accepted.
@ChimeHelps So, where's your legal department in this? This is what your agent does to stop calls? Do you know how much I lost? This was during the Canadian wildfires, and Chime ignored all attempts to contact. I was left on the streets, disabled, broke, homeless. There's a lot more.
@ChimeHelps Blocked me from appealing in the application, hundreds upon hundreds of automated responses, up to 24 a day, and I have a year old open claim others were opened over, and fought, through email, you have no record of. Even though I sent it back 10+ times.
@ChimeHelps That other disputes have been opened over, as that dispute was, and has been left completely ignored. Another was NOT initiated on June 11 2024, support opened it 23rd, denied it in 3 hours, changed the data, but I have all the original data.
@ChimeHelps I can prove this particular dispute was orally initiated June 4 2023. I can prove the dispute on file has had the information manipulated fraudulently, and I sent "support" all this, more than 10 times. I have a legally active dispute open, for 1 year almost
@ChimeHelps 29 calls I had to make in less than 24 hours, 6 dispute agents hanging up on me, no access to investigative team, refused contact with any department, all evidence sent replied to automatedly by separate agents, no file retained or sent to disputes.
@ChimeHelps Oh yes, there's so much more, as I've also contacted Stride Bank, and my records with them do not match Chime. I should be speaking with your legal department, as 2 CFPB action have occurred against you in the last year? For this behavior.
@ChimeHelps Your agent called the local police department and told them I'd threatened to commit an act of "redacted" in San Diego. The first was called in falsely stating I'd stated I was going to perform an act of irreversible self harm. I have years of this negligence
@ChimeHelps And I have over 2 years of records and evidence of this Chime doesn't have, and your support team has failed to even look at, let alone retain, even though it's been sent dozens of times. I am not speaking lawsuit, I'm speaking of blatant federal crimes.
@ChimeHelps Oh, yeah, they're also failing to retain records, changing account data, mishandling and ignoring legally acceptable communications, failing to provide data requested, improper investigations of claims, failure to report my identity theft at all.
@ChimeHelps Sure, your customer support team has filed 2 false police reports, sending cops to my home, got me kicked out and living on the streets during a natural disaster, over a dispute claim, there's more, and I want to talk to legal.
@Silashoff3@elonmusk This country can't economically support it's own citizens, immigration laws exist for a reason. Try being a mentally ill, disabled, homeless felon. Sit in an ICE Detainee unit. I have. This is a problem, because our country can't support the burden. I'd know. I described myself.
