@EE you've been fobbing me off for a year with every reason under the sun why I can't access my app. Rang 150 7 times this week and everytime I've been promised my VAT invoice for my bill. Still nothing

If you're needing your bill as a PDF, or just to view it, you can do this on the EE app. If you're struggling to access the EE app, it may be due to your EE ID, which our guides will look to resolve for you.
