Listen to their experiences of life being black and learn. This is a part of history unfolding, make sure you’re on the right side of it.

Puts the focus on their cause, which is where the focus needs to be now, as they are the ones suffering the inequality. ‘Black lives matter too’ sounds weaker. Like black people are an afterthought

It’s not saying other lives don’t matter. But saying ‘We Matter too’. Just take a minute to think why they might need to declare that they matter too

@SkyNews ‘So are they gonna pull down the pyramids next’ is such stupid logic. Pyramids were indeed built by slaves, wrong of course. But they don’t explicitly honour the slave owners. Statues in a public space, honour the PERSON. So we need to question whether they deserve the honour.
