@Pic_Help Hi - I'm not able to log in to book Member tickets on either your website or the app. Having tried multiple times, there's clearly an issue; how do you suggest Members book?
@GC_Rail Which was exactly what I was asking about on Friday and you ignored. Thanks Peter, this has been so helpful and a really great use of your time! I've copied all the details & emailed them, wasting some more of my time and that of at least one of your colleagues-super productive.
@GC_Rail Hi - really poor service for passengers today; delay, lack of communication and unnecessarily confrontational staff. There was no platform shown for the 16:27 KGX to Bradford Interchange less than 5 minutes before the service was scheduled to leave, meaning passengers >
@GC_Rail OK; seems like the kind of thing a verified account could report and get removed. Regardless, maybe worth your bio explaining what this account does, if it doesn't reply to passengers experiencing problems or deal with complaints?
@GC_Rail Hi Peter, My notifications say otherwise, but weird to be apologizing for something you haven't done. Thanks so much for your help - maybe worth your bio explaining what this account does, if it doesn't reply to passengers experiencing problems or deal with complaints?
@GC_Rail Hi, any chance of a reply to this from 48 hours ago? When I'm explaining how poor your company's service has been, a Like doesn't seem the appropriate response.
> from Sunderland, so you have to wait for it be cleaned, alright?" in a very hostile tone. Delays are frustrating, but the least Grand Central can do is communicate and not expect passengers to be psychic. Quite a stressful start to the journey.
@GC_Rail Astonishing scenes here (16.27 KGX to Kings Cross) - we've just been told this train will stop at Doncaster, after all passengers for Doncaster were told to get off the train before it departed, because this service wouldn't stop there! Chaotic.
@BootsHelp I'm trying to buy Boots Everyday Cucumber Face Wash. The last three times I've visited my local store, they haven't had stock and when asked, say they "never" have any, even though it's a Boots product. Click & Collect costs as much as the product, so what do I do?
@sainsburys On this hot summer day, I went into Sainsburys to buy lunch - only to discover they had no disposable cutlery, meaning to all your salads/pasta etc can't be eaten unless a customer's taking them home. Really helps if there's a way to eat your take-away products.
@TLRailUK Absolutely incredible work today; outbound and return journeys were delayed, on packed trains with barely standing room. I'm now trying to claim compensation and your online form doesn't allow me to input any details: https://t.co/9Y4wYd7Tmp Tomorrow, I get to do all this again!
@sainsburys I sent over all the requested details on Monday 29th, but it's now Friday 2nd and I haven't had a response or a refund. When should I expect those, please?
@sainsburys The quality of your fresh products sadly seems to have gone downhill. Milk with a Best Before date of tomorrow that's viscous and completely unusable today. It was in my fridge within 15 minutes of leaving your store and this isn't the first time this has happened.
@sainsburys Hi AJ, I would, but DMs to you don't allow me to attach an image. As you see below, it's greyed out and nothing happens when I click to add the picture.
@thameswater Just to say how unhelpful your 'Save water for the future' calculator was, given your "top tips" were to do one load of washing per week (just not practical for anyone with a standard domestic washer) and use the kettle once a day (almost zero impact on water use).
@sainsburys Fairly grim trying to shop with you tonight. Largely empty shelves for seasonal fruit and veg, milk and bread (see photos); avocados out on display were mush & onions actively soft. Highlighted to a mgr, who told staff member to say it "must've been a bad batch". 🤔
