A few stickers around the city centre today. I argued with a bloke near me over his childish booing of the knee, he took offence to me clapping. Most around me backed me up and hearing the cheers drown out the minority booing was great 👍

The amazing Betsy Jenny wellbeing cafe in Sunderland fights mental health stigma and is located in the city centre. Open to all, they offer coffee, activities, and private chats. @menspieclub for men, women's group on Mondays, and a Thursday Soundbath for relaxation.

The transformation of the former JJB Sports building continues on High Street West. Early last year we 'celebrated' the removal of the awful metal cladding which had suffocated the old building for decades.
