Day 6 of no communication from @chase_uk regarding my bank account which is stopping me from buying food, paying my rent and bills. I’ve called each day for 6 days and had no answers or resolution.
@ChaseSupportUK Good morning, I have been waiting 9 days now, no communication, no explanation, I wasn’t even told in the first place my account had been put on hold. I have funds in that account for my rent and my landlord is asking for payment. This needs to be resolved much quicker than this
5 days straight trying to get an answer from @Chase, nothing in terms of an update and just been laughed at down the phone by an employee of theirs over me being distressed about them withholding my rent and funds I need to live on.
