What goes around always comes around…no matter how long it’d take, it must come around.
Be kind to people as much as you can.
When you can’t be of help or when you choose not to help, use kind words to decline such requests.
Someone said that life is like a parade ground, at the shout of “about turn”, whoever is first becomes the last and whoever is last becomes the first.
Power, wealth, and even influence are transient; you may have them today and lose them tomorrow.
@propkeeper@Ol0ye Whether the tenants overload it or not. You can't clearly say they "directly" burnt it. The landlord should shoulder the repairs else the tenants will fix it with the cheapest of parts. By the way, what is the content of the tenancy agreement regarding situations like this?
@Ol0ye@Ol0ye it is your responsibility.
All structural, roofing, major electrical and internal plumbing repairs are on the landlord. Tenants will fix the electrical problem with the cheapest of parts. Besides they didn't directly cause the burning of the board
After 38 years of living, I have come to realize that making money and having money is an energy thing.
When you are depressed, unexcited about life, and have nothing to look forward to, your chances of making money can become very slim.
But when you are excited, happy, and in a good mood, your chances of making money can increase because you become more willing to try new things, take risks, explore opportunities, and believe that things can work out in your favor.
So, one thing I want you to understand today is this: No matter what you are going through, try as much as possible to put yourself in a joyful mood. Stay excited about life as you pursue whatever it is you are trying to achieve.
Your energy influences your actions, and your actions influence your results.
Sometimes, the first step towards changing your financial situation is changing the state of mind from which you approach life.
Nah.
Hear their ideas first.
Then hear their immediate needs.
Then personally ask for their addictions/whatever draws money from them.
First tackle the immediate needs which can be housing, debt, etc.
2ndly their addictions (women, church, gambling, wrong friends, bigger lifestyle, etc) would allow you know how to proceed on the 3rd step; some might obviously not come clean but be brutal if you really want to help them, request for their different account numbers that you can use to be sending them money then ask them for the 1 year account statements; then financially educate them based on the statements before money enters their hands else, otilo.
They should believe they can make billionaires out of themselves by building their business the right way; reduce costs and keep growing revenue day by day.
Then act on the ideas they gave but ensure you release that money in tranches to those with previous addictions so as to gauge them as the truth is that not all men have the capacity to handle big funds and that's a fact; some, the money would even put them in trouble.
Trust me, this feels vile but they will thank you in the future as many young men wish they had financial education before hitting their 1st million.
@MooreEmmanuel3@Rainmaker1973 Clearly you are blind. The car is slightly tilted on the passenger side. The door closed by itself and the electric handles failed.
