As someone in business too, i'lld advise him to take the shop.
The goodwill in that location will far exceed that 60m because in all honesty, it's actually not too much of funds to start a business in Nigeria especially as he's leaving his ecosystem.

My wife when I recently married her and was seeking a new biz for her, my career mentor gave me this advice i'lld forever be grateful to him for; after asking me several questions about my wife's relationship with money, he advised me to partner with her in my business instead of allowing her go develop another man's business.
I did just that and she came in and totally revolutionised everything, plugged all loopholes and created new products I never thought of and we pay ourselves from the business and built a solid structure that helped us to create other businesses.

During my IT I went to stay with my Uncle and his family.
The wife was a Banker.

One night I heard him telling the wife that the Canada process is taking so much from him
Mentally and financially.

She said she got the house.
He should just focus on other stuff

After that night,we started eating good 😊
Not like we weren’t eating good,but she made sure he knew that she meant it when she said she got the house.

They are all in Canada now.
