@BrittasFan Have you tried plugging the sound cables directly into the l/r jacks on the back of your tv? That would at least prove the video player is producing a signal - then you can worry about the picture separately

@MartinSLewis hotter shoes have had an issue with payments over the weekend - searching on Twitter I see I am not the only one - I was charged 7x for a pair of boots and it has wiped my bank account. Perhaps you could find out what has happened for us?
