I posted a complaint yesterday about UBER SA. I received a DM and was impressed. The reply showed that they did not even look into the matter I received a generic response instructing me to do what I had initially done and was complaining about. UBER has lost a client!

@Uber I was charged for a trip, canceled before a driver was connected. I was forced to pay the fee to the driver who picked me up a bit later. I raised the query on the App and was told the issue had been resolved. I have a 4.7 rating Uber WILL NOT see me again !
