Why we need a union:
Aug: Harvard unilaterally gives some of us a 2.8% raise
Nov: HGSU ratifies contract w/ 5%
Jan 30: Paychecks cut top-ups to cancel out raises
Jan 31: We tell Harvard we'll organize to fight it
Feb 1: GSAS is “pleased to announce” the 5% after all.
So how do we tell Harvard that we won’t put up with it anymore? By coming together THIS FRIDAY (Sep 3) at 3PM at the Science Center Plaza to rally for #RealRecourse. 🪧🪧🪧 Will you be there? 👀
Egregious harassment cases are reported in a different department each year, and many @hgsuuaw members no longer trust Harvard admin. Half measures will not do: we need an independent process—in other words, #RealRecourse.
Good morning to everyone 👋🏾👋🏾 but university admin who refuse to institute an independent grievance process for justice for survivors. At @Harvard, the shortcomings of Harvard’s internal procedures have been clear for far, far too long. 🚨🚨🚨
I definitely feel bad for how hot I feel when I take my shirt off while running. Like I’m actually a November evening but I’m feeling like a July afternoon.
Does my inclination to play music when doing any repetitive task come from the same part of my brain that tells me to script any repetitive operation? If so, it's not helping me either way.
