@MetroBank_Help App doesn't work, online banking isn't working, when you call you get hung up on before you even speak to someone... Only option left is go to a store, but guess what, I need access to my money to get petrol to get to a store.... So wtf do you expect us to do!???!!!!

@MetroBank_Help @wcn36 Day 4 for me now. Absolutely stupid. Maybe get advice from other banks, they don't seem to have this problem. Can't use the app or online banking isn't working either. And I have better things to do with my time than sit on a phone. Or go to a store

The fact that it's still happening 3 days later is absolutely ridiculous. I've already opened an alternative bank. This is unacceptable
