13F data just revealed a massive hidden rotation in $BTC Bitcoin ETFs.

The headline says institutions capitulated (-20% from peak). The data says the exact opposite. But we processed 5 quarters of SEC filings (Q1'25-Q1'26) and found a clear wealth transfer:

🔴 Fast Money is leaving: 100% of the decline came from short-term speculators
- Hedge Funds: 89K → 49K
- Brokerages: 33K → 17K

🟢 Patient Money is scaling in: Long-duration capital kept buying the whole way down
- Banks: 2K → 15K BTC (~7x)
- Sovereigns/Gov: 2K → 8K (4x)
- Advisors: 125K → 150K (+20%)

The fast money simply dumped faster than the slow money could buy, completely offsetting the structural growth on paper. This isn't trading. This is structural allocation.

ReadIn this dataset, ETF holding volume closely tracks price (325K held ≈ Q3'25 peak at $120K; 261K held ≈ today at $68K). If traditional cohorts maintain this pace and hedge funds normalize to historical means (~80K), the math gets wild:

I asked a local 8B model on my Mac what currency is used where the Eiffel Tower stands. It answered cleanly without naming a country.

🕵️‍♂️ But if you look at layers 16–23, the internal draft is scrambling through European, France, French. It has to bridge the gap to France before outputting the money. The thought is physically there, just hidden.

🔍 The Jacobian lens catches this "hidden hop" one layer before a standard logit lens can. It reads the thought while it’s still forming.
