@RyanTedder I wish they hire American though. I think pretty much all customer service associates are in foreign country. Everytime I call for customers service, they don't understand my English accent, so I have to repeat a few times. Give that money back to Americans!
@AskeBay And your 'help' mean suggest me to sell at eBay? So it is clear that eBay is not a good place for buyer, because your policy is for seller side.
@AskeBay Looks like eBay don't consider that comment, and of course seller. Why would seller even consider that comment at the return page if they can just simply decline then all problem is solved for them?
@AskeBay Does all buyer know that?I didn't know that. I just choose that option because I didn't know what to choose! I had several reasons I wanted to return and I put that reason on the comments for consideration. It is unfair for buyer if you don't describe that fact at the return page
@AskeBay it isclosed. If buyer choose the reason as 'i just don't like it' and seller decline the refund, it is permanently closed and nobody can't do anything. I am more upset about this stupid system. if I knew, I would choose different reason. certainly I have more reason.
