Not sure if true but the guy who got into the tiger enclosure was reportedly with a "carer" which infers he was likely mentally disabled.

This comes not long after a mentally disabled man with "carers" at another zoo threw a small child into the crocodile enclosure.

It's time we had some serious discussion around this care in the community malarkey. Clearly there are places they should not be going regardless of support & clearly we need to examine who these shit "carers" are because they don't seem to be fit for purpose.

@henrywinter Let's get one thing straight, that's not a headbutt. The rules don't like the movement of the head but it's not a headbutt. Shaw's action is more violent, but in football it's not seen that way. On the street, Shaw is classed as the aggressor, not Bentancur
