For my fellow streamers, if someone in chat asks "what is this game?", they are not asking for the game's name. They are engaging with you and ask for your take on what you are playing. Pointing to your stream title just makes you dismissive.

Honestly? Having to clean a sticker off your car for 30 minutes is a much more fitting punishment than an expensive fine. It also punishes equally instead of fines which tend to punish or criminalize the poor disproportionately compared to higher classes.
