We held a bake sale, did "bearpees" (over 2,000 at the latest count!), covered Pudsey in coins, had a Pudsey Escape Room and did lots of other fun activities to raise funds for Children In Need Day #pudsey

Today we marked the start of Friendship Week with Odd Socks Day - celebrating what makes us all unique and spreading kindness #OddSocksDay

Stenton school marked Remembrance Day this morning with our church minister Douglas Hamilton. We walked along to the village memorial and laid a wreath and stones which we had painted with poppies. We read out the names on the memorial and held a minutes silence. #RemembanceDay

A windy adventure as we visited the development site for our new local Windfarm. All the pupils (and staff!) showed great resilience as we battled the elements. Thank you to Tanya for organising the trip and the workshop in school. #RenewableEnergy

We are learning about Solids, Liquids and Gases this term. The children wanted to learn about the effects of mixing solids with liquids which contain gas and we had explosive results! #scienceinschool
