Well done to New Forest East & Romsey Health Visiting Team for all of the amazing things collected and donated for @NecessitiesBaby (instead of Secret Santa). We are so grateful for your support for the families we work with. @Southern_NHSFT @HantsFamilies #GivingThisChristmas
‘By focusing our collective time, energy & resources on these most preventative years, we can make a huge difference.’

@KensingtonRoyal
@coopuk feeling a bit confused by your signs in store saying to wear a face mask to protect staff…yet staff don’t have the same courtesy to protect customers?
@NadineDorries This sounds about a similar amount of money that @hantsconnect are proposing to cut from the 0-19 service, which will cause a devastating impact on children and their families. Research constantly demonstrates the benefits of health prevention instead of treatment of problems.
@BrineMP @HHFTnhs Are you supporting the 0-19 service with the recent announcement from Hampshire County Council regarding the consultation to cut the service? I think Her Majesty would be appalled to know that @hantsconnect are not prioritising children’s health needs. At least HM appreciated us
I am passionate to promote children’s wellbeing & support families with challenges they face. If cuts are made to our service, I won’t be able to provide the care which is needed. It isn’t fair for children’s health & safety to not be prioritised by Hampshire County Council
Please have your say on the consultation that @hantsconnect are proposing: https://t.co/ucTeEcxSMH and also sign the Government petition to help protect Health Visiting provision https://t.co/mLFx79SC5s
Joint letters from @Alison_Morton2 & @SAPHNAsharonOBE to @PHE_uk & @hantsconnect warn national & local leaders that ongoing cuts to health visiting & school nursing services will put children at risk of harm. The time has come to resolve this stalemate https://t.co/xFs5VHM695
The professionalism of the health visitors in Hampshire has really shone out. They never stopped. Despite the prospect of significant service cuts, when I speak to them, their only concern is the impact on families- not a single one has spoken about the personal impact ⭐️
Wonderful time celebrating #breastfeeding with mums in the New Forest today having a picnic complete with boobie cupcakes and a quiz! Thanks to @waitrose for supplying us with a gift voucher for the prize. Great time had by all! @HantsFamilies #nationalbreastfeedingweek
WE NEED 👉🏼 YOU 👈🏼 to respond to this. The impact of these cuts on the lives of children and families in Hampshire is incomprehensible and will have a devastating impact on their future and on all of ours. If it happens in Hampshire it will soon be happening in a place near you.
What do you think about @hantsconnect plans to cut £2.09m from public health budgets for health visiting & school nursing -47 posts due to be cut? Where is the join-up between national policy, local implementation & funding needed to make the difference? 😢https://t.co/HhcNcjIgd2
Very grateful to the generous anonymous person who kindly gifted this and put on my car whilst I was seeing a patient #healthvisitor#southernhealth#NHS @Southern_NHSFT @HantsFamilies
