@SW_Help Yes I get that, so the management need to hurry up and approve taxis. I pay £5k a year for my annual ticket I’m not paying out £20 for a taxi unless it’ll be reimbursed so guess I’ll sit and work here at Ascot 🤷‍♀️

@SW_Help Thank you, it only takes a bit of sense there are a good 20 of us who were relying on that connection and have now been stood on a freezing platform for 50 mins.

Hello @SW_Help what is happening with the 18:09 from Ascot to Aldershot, it’s absolutely freezing and we just keep getting told the train is delayed even though it looks like it has left Sunningdale?

@SW_Help Can you pass some feedback to the guards that it would’ve been nice if they could have held the 17:51 from Ascot-Aldershot for 1 minute to allow those on the delayed 16:50 from W’loo to Rdg to make our connection. The lack of thought means we’ve all been stood in cold for 50mins!
